Many people work very hard promoting and helping traditional country music artists. Richard Booth is one of those people. His dedication to traditional country music is an example for us all, but Richard works behind the scenes like so many of us. For example, Richard recently produced Landon Dodd’s music video “Call Of The Wine”, seen here on Youtube. As you can see Richard did an outstanding job. The CD is now available on CD Baby.
Miss Leslie and Her Juke-Jointers play honky tonk country music with a 50s and 60s flair. Combining original material (mainly written by Miss Leslie) along with obscure country tunes that they have unearthed from the 50s and 60s, the band opens up new sounds in a retro honky-tonk setting.

Trace Adkins’ tour bus was involved in an accident early Saturday morning around 9:30 am in north Louisiana. The bus was in route to a concert in Bossier City when a pickup truck crossed the center line into the tour bus. The driver and passenger in the pickup truck were killed upon impact. Adkins was not on the bus. Band members were taken to the hospital and will be fine but are pretty banged up. (photo courtesy of WTVF News Channel 5)
