I know our readers miss the cowboy Eddie Kilroy and his lovely wife Elizabeth on the airwaves. It’s been mighty quiet here in Missouri for the past year. However, we invite you to visit The Kilroy Show where you can see some of what is going on with your favorite radio personality. On January 11th Elizabeth said:
On January 2009 the website “This Is Texas Music” (ThisIsTexasMusic.com) said goodbye. It is often difficult to say goodbye to any venue. In his final article Patrick said “I created this site in early 2004 as a way to help spread the word about Texas music and musicians, and also to give myself an outlet for creative writing. Eddie Kilroy had Ray Price on his show this morning and I was lucky enough to talk to both of them. Many people have asked why I don’t have a feature piece about Ray Price, and the true answer is that I’ve been working on it for a while. It just isn’t ready to publish.
