Ralphs Back Porch Online Cowboy Radio Show
Ralph Hampton and Tamara Boatright host an online radio show that you can listen to from the comfort of your home. “Ralph’s Back Porch” plays western, cowboy, western swing, texas, americana and honky- tonk music. The 2009 Western Music Association’s station of the year, you can visit these fine folks at their website and, of course, you can listen to them online.
We asked Ralph for a quote. Here is how he replied:
From right here on the Back Porch ONLINE Cowboy radio show, we’d like to say THANKS to all the people who listen to our show worldwide each Monday, Wednesday & Friday nights! You know, I start thinking about what it takes to bring great music to the people who want to hear it, to those of us who enjoy classic country, Western Swing, cowboy music and I keep coming to one conclusion…the FANS!
It’s the people who crank up a computer and who tune into our shows and many, many other shows who do the best they can to broadcast real music for real people. It’s the man or woman out there who has worked hard all day and wants to relax without ear-splitting noise. It’s the Mom cooking supper and the Dad working the kinks out after a hard day who make all this worthwhile and enjoyable.
The Back Porch is old time radio and we like it that way! We bring the best of Western & Cowboy music right into your homes to maybe brighten your day or give you some enjoyment.
And we know there is a place for us out there in radioland because so many of you fans have responded in such a wonderful way! Each show grows in listeners,more and more new people visit with us on the Back Porch each week and we’re happy you found us!
