The Queen of Country Music, Kitty Wells will be celebrating her 90th birthday this Sunday at the Texas Troubadour Theater in Nashville.
The release of James’ much anticipated new album, SHADOW ON THE GROUND, has been announced by Rounder Records for Sept. 8, 2009. James will have an early CD release party at the Broken Spoke in Austin, Texas on Sept 4, 2009, and will be available at 8pm for autographs and photo opps. The show will start at 9pm, so be sure to put that date on your calendar for some fun and good-ol boot scootin at the best honky tonk in Austin, Texas!!!
The Mason Country Opry will be staged on Thursday, August 27, at the Odeon Theater in downtown Mason. The show begins at 7:30 PM and admission is $8.00 per person. Tickets will be available at the door.
